Looks like the Yahoo! Publisher Beta is getting a little larger.
I got an email today from Yahoo! saying they’d opened the Adsense-ish network up just a little. I’ve been using the service with mixed results since August 2006 on this blog. I think I’ve made like $20 total…
So, because the money is of so little consequence to me (that’s how I roll…), I usually trash the emails I get from them.
Well, this particular email got my attention for some reason, and I opened the link to view the new Terms and Conditions and this cryptic section caught my eye:
if you are a sole proprietor, you are not an employee of Yahoo! Search Marketing; if you are an entity, you are not owned by an employee(s) of Yahoo! Search Marketing.
LOL I feel owned sometimes, but Yahoo! sure aint payin’ enough for all that!
You know, I read the changes to the YPN and did not notice that. Thanks so much for the midday laugh. Though I’m starting to think that Yahoo & Google may well own me since I use so many of their services.
Yeah, I loved that! JenSense.com had a good listing of REAL changes. Looks pretty white-bread, easy to follow.
I think I’ve made all of about .07 cents on my Google Ads on Revverberation.com. I can’t even remember how to check.
BTW- I think you mean since August 2005.
